Delivery
Shipping and handling for phones delivered within the UK is charged at a flat rate of £6.50 inc VAT and is included in the price you pay. Items valued at more than £50 will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery. The average delivery time for mobile phones is 2-3 days, where possible you will be advised of an exact delivery date. If a delivery requiring a signature is unsuccessful, then a card will be left and you can arrange with Royal Mail for collection or redelivery.
Delivery of mobile phones to other countries
We can not deliver mobile phones outside of the United Kingdom.
Canceling an order
Under the EC Distance Selling Directive, you have the right to cancel the contract for your purchase within 7 working days of delivery. To cancel a contract, write "Cancel Contract" on the back of your invoice or covering letter. Package the items securely and return them within 7 working days of the date that the items were delivered. Please contact us to let us know you are returning the goods. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. Note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered them to you in error. All of our SIM free mobiles are ordered on request. They are expensive and often niche products which we may have difficulty reselling if returned. For this reason if an item is returned for any reason other than it being faulty we will charge an administration fee equal to 25% of the total sale price. This does not affect your statutory rights. You should also be aware that once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us (for example, shipping and handling). As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.
Faulty goods
Any goods found to be defective within 28 days of delivery will be replaced. Any faults which occur after this time should be dealt with via the manufacturer's warranty. All mobile phones are covered by a 12 month manufacturer's warranty.
Tax Charges
For orders made within the European Union, 17.5% UK VAT is added. This is included in the price you pay and in all prices shown at the web site. Any other taxes or import duties will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Other important information
All shortages or discrepancies must be notified to us (by email or letter) within 7 working days of receipt of your order. We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason. All products advertised are subject to availability, you will be advised if a product is unavailable. Any dates quoted for delivery are approximate only, however, we will ensure that all goods are despacted within 30 days of acceptance of your order. If goods cannot be delivered within 30 days we will tell you and agree with you when the goods will be delivered or offer a full refund. These terms shall be governed and construed according to English law and do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
